Job Summary:

You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them. Maintain and operate tennis shop, oversee upkeep of courts and surrounding areas

Job Specifications: 

• Starting Wage: $20.70/hr 
• Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time 
• Minimum Age: At least 14 years of age 
• Housing Availability: Yes 

Job Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for working in a safe and healthy manner. You must be knowledgeable of the company’s work safe policies and procedures.
• Maintain courts by sweeping, washing, garbage collection and light grounds work.
• Dry courts after rain.
• Displays merchandise and inventory goods in shop.
• Operate cash register and complete reports as required by management.
• Maintain shop in clean and tidy condition.
• Assist in coordination and production of all tennis events per procedures
• Assist in coordination and production of member tennis events.
• Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures as they relate to tennis, equipment rental, merchandise sales, membership services and guest service programs.
• In addition to the duties listed, employee may be expected to perform additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Basic computer skills

Preferred Skills:

• Tennis shop sales experience
• Cash handling experience
• Basic knowledge of tennis merchandise and shop operations
• Elementary knowledge of tennis
• Pleasant personality, suitable for extensive guest contact
