Position Overview:

As a Remote Client Representative, you’ll build lasting relationships with clients, provide personalized solutions, and ensure their policies meet evolving needs—all virtually via Zoom.

Requirements / Responsibilities / Rewards

• Remote Client Consultations: Meet virtually to assess needs, explain policies, coverage options, and premium costs.
• Customer Service: Answer questions, assist with policy updates, and support claims processing.
• Relationship Building: Foster trust and maintain ongoing client engagement.
• Compliance & Documentation: Keep accurate records and adhere to industry regulations.

Suggested Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills for clear, professional interactions.
• Basic computer knowledge to manage virtual meetings and documentation.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
• Strong work ethic and effective time management skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
