Responsible for leading the development and evolution of the Product Operations Playbook. Responsibilities include standardizing how product teams operate, scaling best practices across teams, and ensuring operational excellence through repeatable, data-driven frameworks.
Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Product Management, Operations, or related field)
Minimum Experience
4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or related roles within a technology, SaaS, or product-led organization
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience creating scalable frameworks, process maps, or playbooks
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structured outcomes across complex environments
Experience working in a scaled product organization or supporting multiple product teams
Background in product analytics or experience with dashboard tools
Passion for operational rigor and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications: Experience collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources. Proficient in building dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI. Skilled in creating ad-hoc and recurring reports, defining KPI's, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting insights clearly. Experience maintaining and improving dashboards based on feedback.

Pay: US Pay Range: $8,452.14/mo - $14,368.63/mo
Additional Details: This is a hybrid opportunity. The selected applicant will be required to work onsite at a FedEx campus several times a week.
