Description Our client, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded group of trial attorneys on sophisticated matters in both federal and state court. This Litigation Paralegal offers hybrid remote flexibility, work/life balance, no billable requirement! Key Responsibilities: + Support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, including case management, discovery, trial preparation, and filings + Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and exhibits + Manage large document productions and coordinate with outside vendors as needed + Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, and court filings (electronic and paper) + Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Qualifications: + 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting (federal and state court required) + Strong knowledge of complex commercial litigation procedures and discovery rules + Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills + Proficiency with litigation support tools and document management systems + Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred Details: + Highly competitive compensation and benefits package + Top law firm environment with a strong reputation for trial excellence + Flexible / remote work options available If you or someone in your network would like to learn more about this opportunity, please reach out confidentially to Qui Dove at Quidana.DoveRobertHalf. < com > Requirements - Minimum of five years of experience as a litigation paralegal. - Bachelor's degree or completion of a certified paralegal program. - Proficiency in California and Federal court rules and procedures. - Strong background in trial preparation and electronic discovery processes. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing deadlines and legal documents. - Ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet case demands. - Familiarity with case management software and tools. - Knowledge of legal citation formats, including Bluebook guidelines.
