We're currently hiring Janitors who are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference. In this role, you'll be the backbone of cleanliness—keeping facilities spotless, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

Shifts: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE (Full-Time, Part-Time & On-Call) 

Location: Spokane, WA (and surrounding areas) 

Wage: $17.00 - $20.16 Per Hour

Experience: None is required; we train all employees to be successful in every position.

What kind of Benefits are offered for Full-Time? **Full-time is 30-40 hours worked per week**

What kind of Benefits offered for Part-Time? **Part-time is 29 hours or less worked per week**             

 *10 Accrued Paid Time Off Days annually (hours prorated for part-time)

*Additional 1 Day of Floating Holidays, Parental Leave, Paid Compassion Leave, and up to 7 paid Holidays (Depending on schedule)

*Company-Provided Transit Pass to permanently placed employees dependent upon location

📍 Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Maintain restrooms and common areas to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Replenish supplies and report any maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety standards and cleaning protocols are met.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 10lbs on a regular basis
• Must be able to twist, bend, and squat for an extended period of time
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable personal transportation preferred, as public buses do not run during some night shifts.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
