We are seeking a driven and experienced Full Desk Recruiter to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This is a 100% commission based role designed for a high-performing professional who excels at both client development and candidate recruitment.

Client Development
Build and manage client relationships through consistent outreach, consultation, and service excellence
Develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong, sustainable client pipeline
Conduct intake calls, define role requirements, and establish search strategies with hiring leaders
Candidate Recruitment
Source, engage, and evaluate top talent using multiple channels
Conduct interviews, assessments, and cultural fit evaluations
Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
Present qualified candidates with clear, compelling summaries and market insights
Search Execution & Follow-Through
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: business development, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing
Maintain accurate and timely notes in the ATS/CRM
Provide clients and candidates with regular updates and strategic guidance
Represent Amarina Search Partners with professionalism and confidentiality
3+ years of full desk recruiting experience (agency or executive search strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to generate and manage your own book of business
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
High level of self-discipline, accountability, and drive
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, commission-only environment
100% commission-only structure
