The Role

As an Experienced New Car Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the purchase or lease of new Ford vehicles while delivering a straightforward, respectful buying experience. You will work closely with Sales and Finance leadership to close deals efficiently and ethically.

This is a floor-focused role for professionals who know how to sell, follow up, and build long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage customers on the showroom floor and conduct needs-based consultations
  • Present and demonstrate new Ford vehicles, including test drives
  • Maintain strong product and inventory knowledge through regular lot walks
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance Managers on pricing, trade values, and financing
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
  • Deliver vehicles and ensure customers fully understand features and technology
  • Participate in training, meetings, and manufacturer programs

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of automotive sales experience
  • Proven ability to build rapport and close deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to sales
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)
