1. Plan and Implement Engaging Lessons: Develop and deliver age-appropriate English language lessons, incorporating games, songs, and activities to enhance language acquisition.
2. Create a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom atmosphere to encourage children's learning and development.
3. Assess Student Progress: Monitor and evaluate children's language development and provide feedback to parents and school staff.
4. Encourage Language Use: Promote the use of English through daily interactions, storytelling, and vocabulary activities.
5. Support Cultural Exchange: Introduce students to different cultures and traditions through themed activities and celebrations.
6. Collaborate with Other Staff: Work alongside local teachers and staff to ensure cohesive learning experiences and share best practices.
7. Maintain Classroom Management with local Chinese teacher as well as an ayi: Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all students.
8. Communicate with Parents: Engage with parents regarding their child's progress and share tips for supporting language development at home.
9. Participate in Professional Development: Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on early childhood education trends.
