We are dedicated to helping our neighbors improve their homes with sustainable energy and high-quality comfort systems. We are looking for a motivated, friendly individual to join our Sheridan team and serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Role Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of AO Prado. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start a career in the booming home services and renewable energy industries. No prior experience in solar or HVAC is required—we provide full training on our products and services!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Greet customers in person and answer incoming phone calls with a helpful and professional attitude.
• Scheduling: Assist with booking and confirming appointments for our solar, HVAC, and roofing technicians.
• Inquiry Management: Provide basic information to homeowners about our services, warranties, and maintenance plans.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records in our system, ensuring all contact information and service histories are up to date.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth experience for the customer from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you should enjoy talking to people!
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and the ability to learn new scheduling software.
• Reliability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to be punctual for in-person shifts in Sheridan.
• Mindset: A positive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn about technical trades like roofing and solar energy.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Type: Full-time or Part-time, In-person.
• Location: Our office in Sheridan, WY.
• Physical Requirements: Primarily a desk-based role, requiring long periods of sitting and phone interaction.
