Customer Service Representative

Data Entry Specialist

These positions support the administrative and client-facing functions of our digital production workflow, ensuring clients receive timely communication and accurate project processing.

рџ’ј Position Details

Compensation: $35.00 per hour

Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home – USA-based applicants preferred)

Schedule: Full-time and part-time roles available

Employment Type: Contract-to-hire & permanent positions

рџЋЇ Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative

Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely, professional manner

Provide updates on project timelines and deliverables

Coordinate internally with the editing and production team

Assist new clients with onboarding and service questions

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Data Entry Specialist

Enter, organize, and maintain digital project data accurately

Update client information, project logs, and task queues

Ensure file naming consistency and metadata accuracy for digital content

Support administrative tasks related to project tracking and workflow

Maintain confidentiality of client media and documents

рџ“љ Required Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, email, file management)

Prior customer service or data entry experience preferred but not required

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced digital-production environment
