KDG Communications is hiring Remote Customer Service Agents to handle inbound customer support calls for client programs.
This is a long-term opportunity for reliable candidates who can complete paid training and remain active after certification.
**What You’ll Do**
* Handle inbound customer service calls
* Assist customers using provided systems
* Follow call guidelines and procedures
* Maintain professional attendance and performance

**Requirements**
* Must reside in Louisiana (New Orleans area preferred)
* Desktop or laptop with **hard-wired Ethernet** (no Wi-Fi or hotspots)
* USB noise-canceling headset
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace
* Must complete paid training and remain active after certification
* Able to pass background screening
