Job Description

Position Summary: The Recruiter/Sourcer recruits, sources and screens talent to support the agency's recruitment efforts. This position manages the full life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned positions. This is a full time contract position for 10 weeks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for a variety of available positions. Consult with Supervisor of HR and Recruiter/Generalist on candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through web-based methods, social media, professional meetings, cold callings and other sources.
• Lead recruitment efforts and recruiting coordination for assigned requisitions. Handle staffing coordination requirements (job postings, screening resumes, interview scheduling, applicant tracking, approval process, etc.).
• Manage candidates via applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience preferred
• 1 year of Nonprofit recruitment experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills a plus
• Must provide their own laptop and have suitable high speed internet for remote work.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Onsite for the first week and then hybrid for the remainder of the assignment - three days onsite, two days remote.

Pay Rate: $40 - 45/hour
