Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily living activities and provide essential nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and licensed vocational nurse (LVN). The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring residents from beds to wheelchairs.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist with feeding and ensuring residents receive proper nutrition.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure the highest level of patient comfort.
• Document care provided and reported any changes in residents' conditions to nurses.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to lift and assist residents as needed

Education & Experience

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or long-term care preferred.
